An easy recipe for a quick lunch: creamy tuna pasta! And you probably already have all the ingredients in your kitchen.
Positive: Very quick to make and delicious.
Ingredients for 1 person:
- 1 small natural canned tuna
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- pasta (about 100 g)
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 gherkin (optional)
Cook your pasta as indicated on the packaging. Drain it.
Heat 1 spoon of evo oil in the same pot on low heat and add tuna. Stir for 1 minute.
Sprinkle some tarragon (optional), add mustard and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Stir for another minute and pour immediately over pasta. Decorate with thin slices of gherkin (optional).
My advice: You could add sauteed onions instead of gherkins or curry instead of tarragon for a different twist.
